The Regional Executive Director - Southern California will be responsible for:
- Operational Oversight for a network of facilities
- Regulatory compliance and quality assurance
- Strategic implementation
- Financial and Resource Management - ensuring financial sustainability
The Regional Executive Director - Southern California should have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
- Minimum of ten years of experience in behavioral healthcare
- Minimum seven years in a supervisory role
- MBA/MHA preferred
- Developed understanding of healthcare regulations
