Key Responsibilities:

• Manage investor onboarding, including subscriptions, redemptions, and account setup
• Conduct and oversee KYC/AML checks in compliance with regulatory standards
• Process and track account updates and changes to investor profiles
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date investor documentation and records
• Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, compliance, and operations teams to support investor needs

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 2-7 years of experience in investor services, fund operations, or client onboarding within financial services
• Strong understanding of KYC/AML, fund subscription/redemption processes, and investor documentation
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
