Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead the HR function in Frankfurt. This is a strategic yet hands-on position where you will manage all HR activities, including recruitment, compliance, and employee relations, while guiding a small team and partnering closely with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee HR operations for the Frankfurt office, ensuring compliance with German labor laws.
  • Drive recruitment efforts, particularly for roles in banking and financial services.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to management on HR strategy, workforce planning, and employee development.
  • Implement and maintain HR policies and processes aligned with global standards.
  • Promote a positive, inclusive, and culturally diverse workplace.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of recruitment experience, ideally within banking or financial services.
  • Exposure to HR generalist responsibilities is a plus.
  • Experience in an international or Asian business environment is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of German labor law.
  • Excellent communication skills in German; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin) are a plus but not required.
  • Ability to work independently and lead a small team effectively.
