Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced sales professional with a strong track record in servicing hedge fund clients for one of our clients. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of sales experience in financial markets, with deep relationships across hedge funds and expertise in equities, listed derivatives (futures), and prime brokerage products such as delta one. This role focuses on driving revenue growth through client acquisition, relationship management, and cross-selling across the clients current product suite.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Coverage:
    • Manage and grow a portfolio of hedge fund clients, ensuring high levels of engagement and satisfaction.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for hedge funds, understanding their trading strategies and product needs.
  • Sales & Revenue Generation:
    • Drive sales of equities, futures, and prime brokerage products (including delta one solutions).
    • Identify cross-selling opportunities across the firm's platform to maximise wallet share.
  • Strategic Business Development:
    • Expand client base through targeted prospecting and leveraging existing relationships.
    • Develop and execute account plans aligned with revenue targets and growth objectives.
  • Market & Product Expertise:
    • Maintain in-depth knowledge of equity markets, listed derivatives, and prime brokerage services.
    • Provide clients with insights on market trends, liquidity solutions, and execution strategies.
  • Collaboration:
    • Partner with trading desks, structuring teams, and operations to deliver seamless client service.
    • Work closely with risk and compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 8 years of sales experience in financial markets, with a focus on hedge fund clients.
  • Strong understanding of equities, futures, and prime brokerage products (including delta one).
  • Established network of hedge fund relationships with proven ability to generate revenue.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and deliver under pressure.
