Cyber Tech E&O Underwriter - West Coast or East Coast

Backed by strong carrier relationships and a forward-thinking leadership team, they are expanding their underwriting footprint across the West Coast.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Cyber Tech E&O Underwriter to lead regional growth initiatives across California, Colorado, or Texas. This role is ideal for a self-driven professional with deep expertise in SME underwriting and a strong understanding of the regional broker landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Underwrite and manage a profitable book of SME Cyber & Tech E&O business.
• Cultivate and maintain strong broker relationships across the West Coast.
• Collaborate with actuarial, claims, and product teams to refine underwriting strategy.
• Provide mentorship to junior underwriters as the team scales.
• Ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of Cyber and/or Tech E&O underwriting experience.
• Proven success in the SME segment.
• Strong broker network in West Coast preferred open to Colorado or Texas market as well.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
