Leveraged Finance Origination - Associate (1 or 2):

A leading investment bank is seeking a highly motivated Associate to join its dynamic Leveraged Finance Origination team. This role offers exposure to high-profile transactions across sponsor-backed and corporate clients, with a focus on structuring and executing complex debt financings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support origination and execution of leveraged loan and high-yield bond transactions.
• Conduct detailed credit analysis, financial modelling, and due diligence.
• Prepare marketing materials, investor presentations, and internal approval documents.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders across coverage, syndicate, legal, and risk teams.
• Monitor market trends and contribute to strategic client pitches.

Ideal Candidate:

• Couple years of experience in leveraged finance, credit, or related investment banking roles.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with LBO modelling.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Team-oriented with a proactive and commercial mindset.
