Leveraged Finance Origination - Associate (1 or 2):
A leading investment bank is seeking a highly motivated Associate to join its dynamic Leveraged Finance Origination team. This role offers exposure to high-profile transactions across sponsor-backed and corporate clients, with a focus on structuring and executing complex debt financings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support origination and execution of leveraged loan and high-yield bond transactions.
- Conduct detailed credit analysis, financial modelling, and due diligence.
- Prepare marketing materials, investor presentations, and internal approval documents.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders across coverage, syndicate, legal, and risk teams.
- Monitor market trends and contribute to strategic client pitches.
Ideal Candidate:
- Couple years of experience in leveraged finance, credit, or related investment banking roles.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with LBO modelling.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Team-oriented with a proactive and commercial mindset.
