Team Lead Accounting (m/w/d)
Für ein international tätiges und wachsendes Energieunternehmen mit Sitz in Frankfurt, das sich auf nachhaltige Energielösungen und digitale Infrastrukturprojekte spezialisiert hat, suchen wir eine erfahrene Führungspersönlichkeit im Bereich Accounting. In dieser Rolle übernehmen Sie die fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung eines vierköpfigen Teams und verantworten die Weiterentwicklung der Buchhaltungsprozesse im internationalen Kontext.
Ihre Aufgaben:
* Verantwortung für die ordnungsgemäße Buchführung nach HGB, IFRS und US GAAP
* Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines Teams von vier Mitarbeitenden im Accounting
* Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen sowie Konsolidierung auf Konzernebene
* Optimierung und Automatisierung von Buchhaltungsprozessen unter Einsatz von Lucanet und Salesforce
* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Controlling, Steuern, Treasury und externen Prüfern
* Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher und interner Richtlinien sowie Unterstützung bei Audits
* Mitwirkung an internationalen Projekten, z. B. bei Systemeinführungen oder M&A-Aktivitäten
Ihr Profil:
* Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen/Finanzen
* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Accounting, idealerweise in einem internationalen Umfeld
* Fundierte Kenntnisse in HGB, IFRS und US GAAP
* Führungserfahrung sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
* Sicherer Umgang mit Lucanet, Salesforce und gängigen ERP-Systemen
* Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
