Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support initiatives related to pricing strategy, financial modeling, and market intelligence for senior-focused health plans.
- Develop and maintain analytical tools to support forecasting, trend analysis, and strategic planning.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as product development, provider relations, sales, and compliance to align on business goals.
- Conduct in-depth evaluations of market trends, regulatory impacts, and competitive positioning to inform business strategy.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights and present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement in data infrastructure and modeling capabilities in response to evolving market and regulatory conditions.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business-related field.
- Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) designation required.
- 2-5 years of experience in pricing or financial analysis within the healthcare or insurance industry, with a focus on senior markets.
