Senior FICC Solutions Sales
Role
- Drive FICC (Fixed Income, Currencies, and Commodities) solutions sales to offshore real money clients and Chinese hedge funds with a presence in Hong Kong
- Originate and execute structured solutions, bond placements, and flow products across rates, credit, and FX
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, including asset managers, insurance companies, and hedge funds
- Coordinate with onshore and offshore trading, structuring, and research teams to deliver tailored investment and hedging solutions
- Support both northbound and southbound business flows under the Connect schemes and other cross-border initiatives
- Monitor market trends and regulatory developments to identify new opportunities and manage client risk
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across compliance, legal, and operations to ensure smooth execution and client onboarding
- Represent the firm at industry events and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and client engagement
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in FICC sales or solutions within a global financial institution
- Strong client network among offshore real money accounts and Chinese hedge funds in Hong Kong
- Deep understanding of fixed income and FX products, including structured notes, swaps, and credit instruments
- Familiarity with cross-border investment frameworks such as Bond Connect, QDII, QFII, and related regulatory regimes
- Proven track record in delivering customised investment solutions and achieving revenue targets
- Fluent in Mandarin and English, with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, or a related field
