Job Title: Operations Analyst
Location: New York, NY (Hybrid)
Salary: $65k - $75k + Bonus
Summary:
We're partnering with a leading Universal broker dealer to hire a talented Operations Analyst to join their expanding team. In this role, you'll support clients throughout the full trade lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of global market settlement processes and hands-on experience in client trade support functions.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Book and allocate domestic and international trades promptly using CTM, FIX, or manual processes; manage full trade lifecycle through settlement
- Send accurate PDF trade confirmations, including U.S. Treasuries, to clients upon request.
- Daily trade reconciliation and ensure compliance reporting for fixed income.
- Maintain global client static data, including settlement instructions and commission rates.
- Open and manage new client accounts, sub-accounts, and managed funds.
- Handle client follow-ups on penalties, buy-ins, corporate actions, and pending USD payments.
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and skills:
- 1-4 YOE
- Strong communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics or a related field
- Willingness to obtain SIE and Series 99 licensing upon employment
