Investment Operations Associate
A multibillion-dollar investment management firm located in Los Angeles, CA. They have evolved into a world class investment and comprehensive wealth management firm with both a national and global presence. They are looking for an Investment Operations Associate to join their team. The firm boasts a strong company culture and a clear path for upward mobility.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Senior Associates and the Director of Operations to support investment operations.
- Review controls and enforce SLAs with third-party back-office vendors.
- Oversee data integrity, trade settlement, investment accounting/reconciliations, proxy voting, corporate actions, and monthly performance reviews.
- Deliver timely and accurate client statements and reports on an ad hoc, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Monitor technology vendors and data source connectivity, assisting with troubleshooting daily issues in applications such as Salesforce (CRM).
Qualifications:
- 2-7 years in investment operations capacity of a global investment strategies frame work.
- Extensive experience in trade operations, client statements, and investment accounting.
- Deep understanding of OMS investment book of record (IBOR).
- Demonstrated ability to oversee third-party vendors for essential daily processing and systems.
