Key Responsibilities:
- Originate and lead complex M&A and capital raising transactions, including buy-side and sell-side mandates.
- Develop and maintain senior-level client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on strategic initiatives.
- Drive business development efforts to expand the firm's presence in target sectors.
- Oversee deal execution, including structuring, negotiation, and closing, ensuring optimal outcomes for clients.
- Mentor and manage junior bankers, fostering a high-performance team culture.
- Collaborate with firm leadership on strategic growth initiatives and market positioning.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of investment banking experience with a strong track record in M&A and/or private placements.
- Established relationships within healthcare and/or financial services sectors.
- Proven ability to originate and close transactions independently.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced credentials preferred.
