About the Role
We are partnered with a leading healthcare Investment Banking seeking a highly motivated Investment Banking Senior Analyst to join their team. In this role, you will support deal execution, financial modeling, industry research, and client deliverables across mergers & acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic advisory engagements. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytically strong, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, transaction-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain detailed financial models, including valuation, M&A, and leveraged finance models
- Conduct market research, industry analysis, and competitive benchmarking
- Assist in preparing client presentations, pitch materials, and transaction documents
- Support due diligence processes and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
- Analyze financial statements and assess business performance
- Contribute to the execution of live transactions and strategic advisory projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
- 1-3 years of investment banking or relevant financial services experience
- Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling
- Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem‑solving skills
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently in a remote setting
Preferred Skills
- Experience with M&A execution and valuation methodologies
- Advanced Excel modeling and PowerPoint design skills
