Our client is a well-established, privately held risk consulting firm. They are seeking a Client Manager to join their dynamic Property & Casualty team. What You'll Do:
- Manage and support commercial P&C accounts, ensuring top-tier service and responsiveness.
- Collaborate with producers and carriers to prepare proposals, renewals, and policy documents.
- Review contracts and policies for accuracy and compliance.
- Provide hands-on support to clients, resolving issues and identifying coverage gaps.
- Contribute to workflow improvements and staff training initiatives.
What You Bring:
- 5-10 years (flexible) of experience in Commercial Lines - Property & Casualty insurance.
- Active P&C license in Alabama.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and agency management systems (e.g., AMS360, Vertafore).
- A team-first mindset and a proactive, service-oriented attitude.
Bonus Points For:
- CISR, CIC, CRM, CPCU, or other industry designations.
- Experience with client presentations and internal training.
