Known for its proactive risk management and in-house claims expertise, our client provides customized coverage for venues, events, and amusement operations with a strong emphasis on loss control and responsive service.
We're looking for a dynamic, relationship-focused Broker Relations Specialist to join our East Coast team servicing the Sports & Entertainment Program, as well as other specialty lines. This role is key to driving growth through broker partnerships, delivering exceptional service, and acting as a strategic liaison between our organization and broker network.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance brokers across assigned East Coast territories.
- Promote company products and services, ensuring brokers are well-informed on underwriting guidelines and compliance standards.
- Identify growth opportunities and expand business through broker channels.
- Serve as the go-to resource for broker inquiries, resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
- Lead broker meetings, product demos, and training sessions-both in-person and virtual.
- Gather market insights and broker feedback to inform internal strategy.
- Track broker performance and report on key metrics.
- Ensure broker activities align with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- Minimum 5 years in insurance sales, account management, or broker relations.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Solid understanding of insurance products and regional market dynamics.
- Self-starter with the ability to travel throughout the East Coast.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in CRM platforms and standard business software.
