Assistant Relationship Manager (SEA)
Requirements
Client Support & Relationship Management
- Provide dedicated support to Relationship Managers in servicing HNW/UHNW clients
- Act as a key point of contact for client enquiries, ensuring timely and high-quality responses
- Assist in preparing client meeting materials, portfolio reviews, and investment proposals
- Build and maintain strong internal and external client relationships
Account Management & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end account opening processes, including documentation review and liaising with compliance/operations teams
- Conduct client due diligence (CDD), KYC reviews, and periodic account reviews in line with MAS regulations
- Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of client records and documentation
Trade Execution & Product Support
- Support trade execution across a wide range of investment products (equities, fixed income, funds, structured products, FX)
- Monitor transactions and ensure proper booking and settlement of trades
- Liaise with product specialists and internal stakeholders to support investment ideas and client requests
Operational & Administrative Support
- Handle day-to-day BAU activities including payment instructions, portfolio monitoring, and reporting
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, compliance, legal) to resolve issues efficiently
- Ensure all activities are compliant with internal policies and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- 2-6 years of relevant experience in private banking, wealth management, or retail banking (HNW segment preferred)
- Strong knowledge of private banking products and services (e.g., equities, bonds, funds, structured products)
- Solid understanding of KYC, AML, and regulatory requirements in Singapore
- CACS Papers 1 & 2 certification (mandatory for Singapore-based roles)
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin) are advantageous due to client coverage
