Position Overview: The Vice President will play a critical role in managing and executing investment opportunities, overseeing portfolio companies, and driving strategic initiatives. This individual will work closely with senior leadership and portfolio company management teams to achieve operational and financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Investment Analysis and Execution:
- Lead due diligence processes, including financial modeling, market research, and competitive analysis.
- Develop investment theses and present recommendations to the investment committee.
- Negotiate deal terms and structure transactions.
Portfolio Management:
- Oversee the performance of portfolio companies, providing strategic guidance and support.
- Collaborate with management teams to develop and implement growth strategies.
- Monitor financial performance and operational metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
Strategic Initiatives:
- Identify and evaluate new investment opportunities within the Manufacturing, Distribution, and Service Companies sectors.

Qualifications:
