What You'll Do
- Lead and assess compliance for account openings, focusing on AML, KYC, and KYT cross-border regulations
- Conduct periodic reviews of high-risk and PEP relationships
- Analyze complex transactions and ensure documentation meets due diligence standards
- Perform sanctions screening (CH, EU, UK, US) and respond to related inquiries
- Handle MROS suspicious activity reports and liaise with authorities
- Support the development and optimization of internal AML/KYC policies
- Prepare compliance reports and escalate suspicious activities when necessary
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in compliance within banking or financial services
- Strong knowledge of Swiss AML law (CDB, GwG) and international payments
- Fluent in German and English
- Independent, detail-oriented, and proactive with strong analytical skills
- A hands-on mindset and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
