Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update client master data, including changes to names, addresses, account managers, and company structures
  • Process regular KYC updates, account condition changes, and client offboarding
  • Open securities accounts (including Delivery-versus-Payment setups) and perform KYC plausibility checks
  • Set up accounts and securities accounts in both euro and foreign currencies
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders in both German and English
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive and compliant data handling

Your Profile

  • Completed banking apprenticeship or degree in economics/business
  • Bankauffman/frau ausbildung / experience is a plus
  • Banking product knowledge
  • Experience in a financial institution, ideally in client data or compliance functions
  • High attention to detail and a responsible, structured work style
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Strong service orientation and a solution-driven mindset
