Job Title: Actuarial Associate - Pricing (Commercial Lines)
Location: Remote
Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 + 10% Annual Bonus
Experience Level: Pre-ACAS (2-3 Years)
About the Role:
Join our dynamic Pricing Actuarial Team as an Actuarial Associate, where you'll play a key role in shaping pricing strategies across a variety of commercial lines. We're looking for someone with 2-3 years of experience and a few actuarial exams under their belt, who's ready to grow and contribute in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support pricing initiatives across multiple commercial lines of business.
- Analyze data and develop models to inform pricing decisions.
- Collaborate with underwriting, product, and data teams to improve pricing accuracy and profitability.
- Assist in the development and enhancement of actuarial tools and methodologies.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of actuarial experience, ideally in commercial lines pricing.
- Completion of several actuarial exams; pre-ACAS candidates encouraged to apply.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with programming tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary: $90,000 - $120,000
- Annual bonus: 10%
