VP/SVP, Strategy Consultant

Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end delivery of strategy implementation and transformation projects across multiple industries
  • Translate high-level strategic priorities into actionable plans, operating models, and execution roadmaps
  • Lead workstreams covering process optimisation, performance improvement, and organisational change
  • Collaborate with senior client stakeholders to monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure successful delivery outcomes
  • Apply consulting toolkits (e.g., problem structuring, data analysis, stakeholder mapping, change management frameworks) to solve complex business challenges
  • Develop and present high-quality client deliverables including reports, dashboards, and executive presentations
  • Support programme governance, including tracking KPIs, milestones, and benefits realisation
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal capability building initiatives

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy execution, or transformation roles
  • Strong track record in delivering strategy implementation or operational improvement initiatives
  • Solid grounding in consulting methodologies and toolkits (e.g., structured problem solving, financial analysis, project management frameworks)
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders in complex, fast-paced environments
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver under tight timelines
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree is advantageous
  • Fluency in English required; Cantonese and/or Mandarin is highly preferred
