Role Overview
The Tax Partner will lead the tax practice and play a key role in driving business development and firm expansion. This position is ideal for a strategic leader who thrives in client acquisition, relationship management, and building a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and grow the tax advisory practice, focusing on middle-market and high-growth clients.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and expand service offerings.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships as a trusted advisor.
- Mentor and develop junior professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Stay current on tax regulations and industry trends to ensure compliance and thought leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Active CPA license.
- A transferable book of business of $500K+.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in public accounting with a focus on tax.
- Proven track record in business development and client acquisition.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a collaborative approach to growth.
