About the Opportunity
On behalf of a global manufacturing organization, we are seeking a proactive Tax Analyst to support tax compliance, reporting, and advisory activities across international operations.
Role Overview
The Tax Analyst will manage tax filings, support audits, contribute to tax planning, and provide guidance on cross‑border activities. You will partner closely with Finance and Legal teams while helping maintain strong internal controls and compliant tax processes across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and assist with tax compliance documentation, including BEPS files, tax returns, and statutory submissions.
- Ensure compliance with Dutch and international tax regulations.
- Support tax planning initiatives and provide insight on the tax impact of business activities.
- Assist with transfer‑pricing documentation and VAT matters across EU countries.
- Support tax audits and liaise with authorities as needed.
- Monitor tax legislation updates and assess implications for the business.
- Provide internal guidance on tax considerations for cross‑border transactions.
- Collaborate closely with Finance and Legal to maintain aligned and compliant processes.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field.
- 3+ years' experience in tax compliance or advisory, ideally in a multinational environment.
- Strong knowledge of Dutch tax legislation and international tax concepts.
- Familiarity with transfer pricing and EU VAT regulations.
- Comfortable working with accounting systems and ERP tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Clear communicator with the ability to advise stakeholders.
- Fluent in English; Dutch proficiency is a strong advantage.
