The Role
A rapidly growing, vertically integrated real estate investment firm is seeking a Strategic Executive Partner to support the Chief Operating Officer. This is not a traditional EA role - it's an operationally focused, high‑ownership position for someone who thrives in fast‑moving, founder‑led environments and can build structure as the company scales.You will operate as an extension of the COO's office - driving follow‑through, strengthening organizational systems, and ensuring priorities are executed with discipline. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing order to complexity and building scalable infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Operations
- Prepare agendas, briefing docs, and decision summaries
- Maintain action trackers and drive cross‑functional accountability
- Ensure clean and disciplined use of operational systems (e.g., Monday.com)
Infrastructure & Governance
- Restructure and govern company file systems
- Establish naming conventions, documentation standards, and SOPs
- Support Investment Committee materials, KPI dashboards, and compliance organization
Strategic Support
- Draft executive communications and briefing summaries
- Conduct research for strategic initiatives and identify process improvements
- Assist with marketing, website updates, and investor materials as needed
Information & Priority Management
- Triage inbound requests to the COO
- Draft responses, flag risks, and protect executive time
- Anticipate bottlenecks and proactively resolve issues
Who You Are
- Highly organized, detail‑driven, and able to think strategically
- Proactive problem-solver who doesn't wait for instruction
- Comfortable working closely with executive leadership
- Strong communicator and builder of systems/processes
- Thrives in ambiguous, high‑growth environments
Ideal Background
- 4-10+ years in real estate, private equity, consulting, startup ops, or CEO/COO support
- Experience partnering with senior executives
- Demonstrated operational and systems‑building capability
- Strong written communication skills
- Proficiency with tools like Monday.com, Airtable, or Google Drive
- Real estate investment experience is a plus but not required
