This opportunity sits within a lean, high-output commercial team where early contributions carry significant weight. Responsibilities

  • Generate outbound activity at a high cadence to initiate conversations with employer decision‑makers
  • Lead initial discovery discussions and evaluate potential fit
  • Deliver consistent meeting volume and maintain active top‑of‑funnel momentum
  • Track outreach activity and manage follow‑up with precision
  • Work alongside a small, fast‑moving GTM group focused on accelerating adoption
  • Operate effectively without formal training programs or heavily scripted processes
  • Support the development of a rapidly expanding revenue organization

Requirements

  • At least one year of outbound SDR, BDR, or inside sales experience
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment with limited oversight
  • Strong verbal communication skills and confidence engaging leadership-level prospects
  • Demonstrated capacity for high-volume outreach with reliable output
  • Quick learner capable of understanding financial concepts and explaining them clearly
  • Experience in SaaS, fintech, financial services, or GTM technology is advantageous
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working extended hours as needed

Compensation

  • On‑target earnings around $152,000 with monthly commission payouts
  • Additional compensation for sourced opportunities, with elevated percentages for smaller accounts
  • Equity included
