Risk Consultant

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver expert guidance on regulatory reporting topics across the banking landscape
- Develop, tailor, and deploy solutions that meet supervisory and internal requirements
- Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications
- Work alongside IT teams to ensure seamless delivery of risk and finance projects
- Combine analytical, regulatory, and technical capabilities to create sustainable client outcomes
Key Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Banking, or a related technical/engineering field with financial affinity
- 3+ years of experience in the financial sector with strong knowledge of banking products and processes
- Solid understanding of risk management areas (e.g., credit risk, liquidity, ALM) and reporting frameworks (CRR3, COREP, LCR, NSFR, IRRBB, etc.)
- Proficiency in programming or data tools (such as Python, SAS, SQL, R, or VBA)
- Fluency in English and either Dutch or French
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, client-focused approach
- Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and manage deliverables in a results-driven environment
