IT Support Technician

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose end-user desktop issues and provide step-by-step support, ensuring swift resolution of technical issues.
  • Provide support and troubleshooting for Windows OS, Outlook mail, Anti-virus, MS-Office Applications, Bloomberg, and Voice and Video conferencing systems.
  • Execute daily routine tasks, including system backup preparation.
  • Oversee IT inventory and manage the procurement of software, hardware, and equipment.
  • Administer hardware and software, ensuring adherence to IT operational procedures.
  • Contribute to the implementation of various ad-hoc projects as required.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in an end-user support role.
  • Strong experience providing end-user support in a Windows environment.
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, networks, and operating systems.
  • Technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Patience and excellent customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to 5 years of experience.
