Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of complex M&A, restructuring, and capital‑raising transactions across the Industrials sector, including A&D, transportation, logistics, automation and manufacturing.
- Manage deal teams and oversee end‑to‑end transaction processes, including financial modelling, valuation, due diligence, and drafting client-ready materials.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor to senior executives, industrials investors, and strategic operators.
- Supervise the preparation of high‑quality pitchbooks, transaction documentation, and sector‑specific market analyses, ensuring accuracy, insight, and commercial relevance.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, providing guidance on technical workstreams and supporting long‑term professional growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues across global offices, coordinating cross-border execution on international mandates involving multinational operators and global investment funds.

Requirements:
- Experience: 6-10 years of investment banking or financial advisory experience, with a strong track record in M&A, capital raising, and strategic transactions within Industrials.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in financial modelling, valuation methodologies, and transaction structuring, with the ability to navigate the unique economics of industrials assets.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead deal teams, coordinate multiple concurrent workstreams, and foster junior talent.
