Position: FP&A Manager
Location: NYC or Dallas
Compensation: $165,000 - $200,000
Schedule: 3 days a week onsite
We are partnered with a rapidly growing fintech company that is looking to hire an FP&A Manager for their growing team. The firm provides lending and wealth solutions to independent financial advisors and their clients. Backed by leading financial services investors, this organization sits at the intersection of technology, cash solutions, and lending.
Role Description:
You will partner closely with senior leadership across finance, operations, product, and revenue teams to drive budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and business insights. You will play a key role in evaluating growth initiatives, analyzing business performance, and helping leadership to make data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, strategic finance, or related field
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting capabilities
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- FINRA Series 27 License
Responsibilities:
- Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial playing
- Partner with business leaders to analyze operating performance
- Provide strategic decision support
- Build ad maintain KPI dashboards, executive reporting, and board-level financial analyses
