Overview:
We are looking for a senior-level Structured Credit Structurer to join their London team. This role will focus on the design, structuring, and execution of bespoke credit solutions across repo, credit derivatives, repackaged notes, and loan products. The ideal candidate will bring deep product expertise, strong quantitative skills, and a client-centric mindset to deliver innovative solutions in a fast-paced trading environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Structure and originate complex credit products including:
    • Credit derivatives (CDS, TRS, bespoke baskets)
    • Repo and collateralised financing solutions
    • Repackaged notes and structured loan transactions
  • Work closely with trading, sales, legal, and risk teams to deliver tailored solutions to institutional clients
  • Lead deal execution from initial structuring through documentation and pricing
  • Monitor regulatory developments and ensure compliance with relevant frameworks (e.g., EMIR, MiFID II, Basel III)
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hedge funds, asset managers, banks, and corporates
  • Contribute to product innovation and platform development

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in structured credit structuring within a leading investment bank or buy-side institution
  • Strong technical knowledge of credit markets, repo, and structured finance
  • Excellent quantitative and modelling skills; familiarity with pricing tools and risk systems
  • Proven ability to manage complex transactions and cross-functional teams
  • Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field; advanced qualifications (e.g., CFA, FRM) preferred
