Director, Equity Derivatives Sales
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with hedge fund clients, understanding their investment strategies and needs.
- Promote and sell equity prime brokerage and swap products, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including trading, research, and risk management, to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
- Monitor market trends and provide insights to clients on potential opportunities and risks.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the Equity Prime/Swap Sales division.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA) preferred.
- Strong knowledge of equity markets, prime brokerage services, and swap transactions.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with hedge fund clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
