Position Overview:
My client, a leading regional insurance provider is looking for a seasoned claims representative to enhance their liability team. This position involves conducting coverage evaluations, investigating claims, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring claims are processed to completion. The ideal applicant will have a background in handling premises liability claims.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed investigations of claims and assess appropriate coverage.
- Draft coverage letters, including disclaimers and Reservation of Rights letters, and prepare comprehensive large loss reports for senior management.
- Provide exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure data accuracy through precise coding and system operations.
- Participate in special projects and undertake additional duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 1+ year of experience in managing general liability claims.
- Skilled in using claims management software.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
