Key Responsibilities:
- Define and lead the long‑term technology vision and target architecture
- Scale a cloud‑native, multi‑tenant SaaS and data platform to global enterprise standards
- Own engineering delivery, system performance, reliability, and operational excellence
- Build and productionise AI and data capabilities, including governance and observability
- Establish best‑in‑class engineering practices across CI/CD, automation, and quality
- Ensure security, resilience, and compliance are embedded by design
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high‑performing engineering organisation
- Align technology investment and priorities with commercial growth objectives
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience as a CTO, VP Engineering, or equivalent senior technology leader
- Strong background in SaaS, platform, or product‑led technology environments
- Proven ownership of architecture and cloud‑native systems at scale
- Experience scaling engineering teams and improving delivery maturity
- Hands‑on leadership style with the ability to operate as a player‑coach
- Strong stakeholder management with product and commercial leadership

- Experience delivering AI/ML or advanced data products into production
- Background in multi‑tenant SaaS platform design
- Experience in high‑growth, transformation, or carve‑out environments
- Exposure to regulated or security‑sensitive industries
