In this role, you will lead critical initiatives focused on Medicare Advantage pricing and analytics, as well as anything related to the overall bid cycle. You will be ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic alignment with organizational goals. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide guidance to junior actuaries, and influence key business decisions through data-driven insights.
What We're Looking For:
- ASA designation required; FSA a plus
- 5+ years of actuarial experience, preferably in health insurance
- Strong expertise in Medicare Part C
- Prior management or leadership experience highly preferred
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
What You'll Do:
- Oversee development of Medicare Advantage bids and pricing models
- Manage and mentor actuarial staff, fostering growth and collaboration
- Ensure compliance with CMS regulations and internal standards
- Partner with finance, product, and operations teams to drive strategic initiatives
