Position Overview:
The Investment Banking Associate/Vice President will play a critical role in our client's advisory team. The ideal candidate will have 2-8 years of experience within investment banking, with a focus on M&A transactions. You will be responsible for supporting senior bankers in all aspects of the deal process, including financial modeling, valuation analysis, pitch book preparation, client communication, and due diligence. This is an excellent opportunity to take on more responsibility and gain exposure to high-impact deals in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Minimum 2+ years of investment banking experience, M&A experience required
- Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, LBO analysis, and deal structuring.
- Experience preparing pitch books, CIMs, board materials, and management presentations.
- Solid foundation in accounting, corporate finance, and market trends.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong executive presence.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams, collaborate cross-functionally, and thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
- A high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and strong work ethic.
