Title: Investment Banking Associate - Healthcare (Los Angeles, CA or Nashville, TN)
We are partnered with a leading Middle Market Investment Bank focused on providing financial strategy, M&A advisory, and consulting services to private mid‑market companies. The firm is expanding its Healthcare Investment Banking team in either Los Angeles or Nashville. This role offers the opportunity to work within a high-activity Healthcare group, providing significant exposure to live transactions, senior leadership, and comprehensive resources designed to support professional growth.
Responsibilities:
* Drive deal execution across multiple transactions while helping manage a lean deal team.
* Lead and coordinate due diligence processes, ensuring materials are accurate and delivered on time.
* Partner closely with Managing Directors and senior bankers to execute M&A transactions from pitch through close.
* Support the development of financial analyses, valuation materials, and client presentations.
Qualifications:
* 2+ years of Investment Banking experience, ideally within Healthcare.
* Strong exposure to M&A and Capital Markets transactions.
* Ability to manage deliverables efficiently in a fast‑paced deal environment.
* Based in or open to relocating to Los Angeles, CA or Nashville, TN.
* Bachelor's degree or MBA in Finance, Economics, Business, or related fields.
