Executive Assistant
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Organize and maintain confidential files and records.
- Assist with board meeting preparation, including agendas, minutes, and logistics.
- Track and follow up on action items and project deadlines.
- Support event planning and coordination for internal and client-facing events.
- Handle expense reporting and invoice processing.
- Conduct research and compile data for strategic initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
- Ability to anticipate needs and work independently.
- Familiarity with insurance terminology and operations is a plus.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Project management experience or certification.
