About the Role

- Workers Compensation Reporting experience is required

This client is seeking a Statistical Reporting Analyst to join our Reporting, Quality & Control Team, focusing on Workers' Compensation Statistical Reporting. This role is critical in ensuring accurate and timely data submissions to regulatory bodies such as the NCCI and State Bureaus. The Analyst will manage reporting workflows, address data criticisms, collaborate with IT on system enhancements, and support new product launches. This position offers a unique opportunity to work cross-functionally with Claims, IT, and external partners, contributing to the integrity and efficiency of our reporting processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing Workers' Compensation Statistical Reporting workflows (Unit Stat, WCPols, Indemnity Data Calls).
  • Addressing and correcting errors and criticisms from NCCI and State Bureaus.
  • Supporting Claims with FROI/SROI, indexing, and Medicare reporting.
  • Monitoring compliance metrics and maintaining high standards of data quality.
  • Reviewing circulars and coordinating with IT to implement system updates.
  • Assisting with financial data submissions and new product/program implementations.
  • Conducting data analysis, system testing, and root cause investigations.
  • Supporting other lines of business within the Reporting, Quality & Control group.
  • Occasional U.S. travel may be required.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in the insurance industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Workers' Compensation and related reporting requirements.
  • Experience with Statistical Reporting to NCCI and State Bureaus is essential.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
