As Vice President of Product, you'll have the opportunity to lead and expand a dynamic team within a top-tier Property & Casualty insurance carrier. This high-impact role involves close collaboration with senior leadership and offers significant visibility across the organization. You'll oversee strategy and execution across a range of professional lines products-including D&O, E&O, and Cyber-driving innovation and growth in a rapidly evolving market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and drive the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing product management team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
  • Collaborate closely with executive leadership, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure cross-functional alignment.
  • Oversee the development and launch of new products and enhancements across the portfolio, ensuring market fit and customer value.
  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions and identify growth opportunities.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and guide strategic adjustments.
  • Champion customer-centric thinking throughout the product lifecycle, from ideation to delivery.
  • Manage product budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships as needed.
  • Represent the product organization in board meetings, investor presentations, and strategic planning sessions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in product leadership roles, ideally within a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
  • Strong track record of developing and executing successful product strategies across multiple lines or markets.
  • Deep understanding of product lifecycle management, from ideation to launch and optimization.
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, including experience working with executive leadership and board members.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and product development frameworks.
