As a Senior Associate in Investor Relations, you will play a critical role in managing relationships with current and prospective investors, supporting capital raising efforts, and ensuring clear, consistent communication of the firm's investment strategy and performance.
The Investor Relations Senior Associate will be responsible for:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for institutional and high-net-worth investors.
- Prepare and deliver investor communications, including quarterly reports, newsletters, and performance updates.
- Support fundraising initiatives by developing pitch materials, investor presentations, and due diligence documentation.
- Collaborate with acquisitions, asset management, and finance teams to gather data and insights for investor reporting.
- Maintain CRM systems and investor databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
- Assist in planning and executing investor events, webinars, and annual meetings.
The Investor Relations Senior Associate should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or related field; MBA or CFA a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in investor relations, real estate private equity, or capital markets.
- Strong understanding of real estate investment structures and financial modeling.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
