Vice President - Infrastructure Advisory (Debt-Focused)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of debt advisory mandates across infrastructure, energy transition and digital infrastructure assets.
- Structure, negotiate and optimise debt packages for brownfield and greenfield projects, refinancing, recapitalisation, and acquisition financing scenarios.
- Manage day‑to‑day workstreams on live transactions, including financial modelling, debt sizing, term sheet negotiation, lender engagement, and process management.
- Support origination through market insights, relationship building, and preparation of pitches/proposals.
- Develop deep sector knowledge across regulated utilities, renewable energy, transport, telecoms, and social infrastructure.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the broader growth of the platform.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 6-10 years of relevant experience in infrastructure/project finance with a strong debt‑side focus.
- Background may include:
- Infrastructure/project finance lending (bank or institutional).
- Debt advisory or capital structuring within an advisory firm.
- Infrastructure/energy structured finance within a financial institution.
- Strong understanding of financing structures: project finance, holdco debt, acquisition financing, portfolio facilities, and refinancing processes.
- Excellent financial modelling and credit analysis skills, with the ability to independently run debt sizing and sensitivities.
- Proven ability to lead workstreams, manage counterparties, and coordinate complex multistakeholder processes.
- Commercial mindset, strong communication skills, and ability to interact confidently with management teams, lenders, and investors.
