Technology/Operational Risk Analyst
Overview:
A Boston-based asset manager is seeking a Risk Analyst to join its growing risk management team build out. This is a high impact opportunity for a motivated risk professional to work across enterprise, technology, and vendor risk domains. Works closely with Directors of technology and operational risk. Will have wide reaching responsibility across risk stripes to supporting a lean, collaborative team with strong visibility to leadership.
What You'll Do:
- Support enterprise wide risk initiatives across technology, operations, and third party/vendor domains.
- Conduct risk assessments and scenario analyses across multiple business units.
- Help build and maintain risk frameworks, controls inventories, and GRC tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, assess, and mitigate key risks.
- Contribute to the development of business continuity and crisis management plans.
- Partner with internal teams to align risk and audit efforts.
What They're Looking For:
- 3-5 years of experience in risk management, ideally in tech risk, ops risk, or vendor oversight.
- Background in asset management or large financial institutions preferred.
- Familiarity with GRC tools, Archer experience is a strong plus.
- Exposure to areas like access management, data governance, infosec, or vulnerability management is beneficial.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
