Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (Regional)
We are partnering with a leading asset management firm to hire a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to drive regional hiring across Asia. This is a strategic, high-impact role supporting front-to-back office growth within a dynamic investment platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across Asia, covering investment, distribution, and corporate functions
- Partner closely with senior stakeholders to define hiring strategies aligned to business growth
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on market intelligence, talent mapping, and hiring best practices
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of top-tier talent across key markets (Singapore, Hong Kong, China, etc.)
- Drive direct sourcing strategies, reducing reliance on external agencies
- Manage and enhance employer branding initiatives to attract high-calibre candidates
- Ensure a seamless, high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Leverage data and reporting to provide insights on hiring trends, pipeline health, and process improvements
- Support regional HR projects related to talent acquisition and workforce planning
Requirements
- 5+ years of talent acquisition experience, ideally within financial services or asset management
- Proven track record hiring across multiple functions (Front Office experience preferred)
- Strong regional exposure across Asia markets
- Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Expertise in direct sourcing and market mapping
- Data-driven with a strategic mindset and hands-on execution capability
- Excellent communication skills; fluency in English required, Mandarin is a plus
