Position Summary:
They are seeking a highly capable and driven Senior Associate to join its growing team. This role is ideal for professionals with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in restructuring, investment banking, corporate finance, or management consulting. As a Senior Associate, you will play a critical role in leading workstreams, managing junior team members, and supporting client relationships across a diverse range of restructuring and turnaround engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial and operational analyses, including liquidity forecasting, business plan assessments, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Develop and manage 13-week cash flow models, integrated financial models, and recovery analyses.
- Support the execution of in- and out-of-court restructuring processes, including Chapter 11, Article 9, and distressed M&A.
- Prepare client deliverables, including presentations, reports, and stakeholder communications.
- Interface directly with clients, legal counsel, lenders, and other stakeholders.
- Mentor and oversee junior team members, ensuring high-quality work product and professional development.
- Contribute to internal knowledge development and business development initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in restructuring, investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, or consulting.
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Expected Compensation:
Base Salary: $110k - $145k
Discretionary Bonus: 30% - 50%
