With a global footprint and a track record of raising over $80 billion, the firm advises across private equity, real estate, infrastructure, and private credit. Known for its strategic, knowledge-driven approach, the firm delivers bespoke fundraising solutions including traditional fundraises, managed accounts, joint ventures, and direct placements. Role Responsibilities
As part of the Project Management team, you will play a central role in the execution of fundraising mandates, working closely with both clients and the distribution team. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the project management of fundraising campaigns across private markets.
- Preparing marketing and due diligence materials for institutional investors.
- Managing investor communications and updates throughout the fundraising lifecycle.
- Supporting clients with RfPs and due diligence responses.
- Ensuring compliance with fund regulations across EU jurisdictions.
- Conducting investor research and contributing to business development efforts.
- Performing due diligence on prospective clients and supporting onboarding.
- Assisting in the development of internal and external marketing materials.
Role Requirements
- Prior experience in investor relations, project management, or private markets.
- Backgrounds in investment banking, asset management, or accounting are also relevant.
- Strong analytical skills, including due diligence, research, and basic financial modelling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and collaborative.
- Willingness to complete CISI qualifications (CF30 equivalent).
