A leading independent advisory firm is seeking a highly motivated and analytically strong M&A Junior Vice President to join its growing Paris office. The firm is known for its entrepreneurial culture, deep sector expertise, and commitment to delivering high-impact strategic advice to clients across Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of M&A transactions from origination to closing, including financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, and negotiation support.
- Manage and mentor junior team members, ensuring high-quality deliverables and professional development.
- Support senior leadership in client relationship management and business development initiatives.
- Prepare and present client materials including pitch books, information memoranda, and management presentations.
- Conduct market and industry research to support strategic insights and deal sourcing.
Candidate Profile:
- 6 years of experience in M&A, investment banking, or corporate finance, ideally within a top-tier advisory firm or investment bank.
- Strong technical skills in financial modelling, valuation, and transaction structuring.
- Proven track record of managing complex transactions and working directly with clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Fluent in French and English; additional European languages are a plus.
