About the Role
As an Associate, you'll be at the heart of deal execution-supporting transactions from start to finish, engaging directly with clients, and contributing to strategic decision-making. This is a unique opportunity to work across a wide range of industries and gain hands-on experience in sell-side M&A, buy-side advisory, and capital formation.
What You'll Do
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and valuation modeling
- Prepare pitch materials, offering memorandums, and client presentations
- Support due diligence, negotiations, and transaction closings
- Research industry trends and identify strategic opportunities
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to a collaborative team culture
What We're Looking For
- 3-4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- A proactive, curious, and commercially minded professional
