Financial Analyst and Accounts Payable
Are you an accounting professional who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment? We're looking for a Financial Analyst & Accounts Payable Specialist to join a mission-driven organization supporting one of the most recognized restaurant brands in the U.S.
In this role, you'll manage the full A/P cycle across multiple entities-processing invoices, executing payments, reconciling vendor accounts, and supporting monthly close. You'll also review employee expense reports, reconcile corporate card activity, and assist with financial reporting and general ledger maintenance.
You'll collaborate cross-functionally with finance, payroll, and department leaders to ensure timely and accurate financial operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both the structure of accounting processes and the variety of day-to-day problem-solving.
What You'll Do:
- Process and route vendor invoices for approval and payment
- Manage weekly check/ACH runs and international wire requests
- Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Review and process employee T&E reports and AMEX activity
- Support month-end close with journal entries and reporting
- Assist with Board meeting prep and financial package summaries
- Maintain accurate records and support audit readiness
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance (required)
- A/P or general accounting experience preferred
- CPA is preferred
- Strong Excel and accounting system skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and a team player
- Excellent communication and time management skills
