Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and commercially driven Director-level EM Credit Sales professional to join our Global Markets team, with a focus on CEEMEA institutional clients. This is a strategic upgrade hire, aimed at deepening our coverage and enhancing product delivery across sovereign, corporate, and structured credit markets.
The successful candidate will be responsible for originating and distributing credit products across CEEMEA, leveraging deep client relationships and market expertise to drive revenue and strengthen our regional franchise.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead coverage of CEEMEA institutional clients including asset managers, hedge funds, banks, and sovereign entities.
- Distribute a broad range of credit products including hard currency bonds, local currency debt, structured credit, and credit derivatives.
- Collaborate closely with trading, research, syndicate, and structuring teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to strategic growth initiatives across the EM credit platform.
- Provide market intelligence and trade ideas to clients, maintaining a high level of engagement and responsiveness.
Candidate Profile
- Proven track record in EM credit sales, ideally with a focus on CEEMEA markets.
- Strong relationships with Tier 1 institutional clients across the region.
- Deep product knowledge across sovereign and corporate credit, including high yield and structured formats.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive business independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
